We believe in building trust and maintaining transparency in all our dealings, including how refunds and cancellations are handled.

  1. General Policy Statement

Due to the nature of astrology, tantrik, and spiritual consultation services, all services provided are custom-prepared and specific to each individual. Once a report, consultation, or remedy has been initiated or delivered, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us beforehand if you have any doubts about the service before making a payment.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

We understand there may be rare situations where a refund might be necessary. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If, after full payment and confirmation, we are unable to deliver the service within the promised time frame (typically 3–7 business days), and we fail to communicate any delays or clarifications.
  • Service Denial: If your request is declined by our team due to any reason, such as incomplete details or ineligibility, a full refund will be processed.

We do not entertain refunds for dissatisfaction with services already delivered, as astrology and spiritual remedies depend on individual belief systems and karmic influences beyond our control.

 

  1. Important Conditions Regarding Refunds

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted if a customer simply changes their mind after booking a service.
  • Incorrect Details Provided by Client: If a customer provides incorrect birth details, incomplete information, or misleading data, and services have been delivered based on that, no refund will be provided.
  • Partial Services Completed: If work on your report or consultation has already begun, even if not yet delivered, refunds will not be issued.

 

  1. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@sribishnuacharya.com within 3 business days of the payment date.
  • Provide clear details including:
    • Your full name
    • Payment transaction ID
    • Date of payment
    • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request, verify the transaction, and confirm your eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict no-cancellation policy once a service has been booked and payment has been confirmed.

However:

  • If work on your report or consultation has not yet begun, and you contact us within 6 hours of payment, we may consider a cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Beyond 6 hours, or once we begin processing, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

  1. No Guarantee Policy

Please note that Sri Bishnu Acharya, Astrologer and Tantrik, offers services based on ancient Vedic astrology, tantra, and spiritual knowledge. While we aim for accuracy and sincerity:

  • Results vary from person to person based on individual karmic influences, life situations, and belief systems.
  • We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations.
